The business is owned and operated by Broker Brian P. Callahan who has extensive education and experience in the real estate and marketing industries. Brian graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1984 and attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago IL before being hired by Westinghouse Communities in Naples, Florida.
At Westinghouse Communities, Brian worked on marketing for luxury homes, villas, and high rise condos at the communites of Pelican Bay, Bay Colony, and Pelican Landing. He also managed the architectural design review process for these communities and directed the offering of equity golf memberships at The Club of Pelican Bay.
Since implementing the Homefront LLC flat fee mls service, Brian has personally listed over 2,000 properties. In addition to the flat fee marketing and brokerage services, he has also served as a general contractor for the construction of custom homes in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
